 S- 400 consists of a dual stretch strap that is comprised of one strap of nylon webbing connected to a stretch elastic strap.  The 1in/2.5cm wide strap is 6ft/1.8m in length with six loop placements throughout.  Sold as a single unit.  No removable components or replacement parts.  Not interchangeable.
