Consists of a single Bungie Cord with a combination mount and a metal clip for attachment to modular components. Mounting straps are heavy-duty nylon with metal D-rings and heavy-gauge metal connecting rings. Sold in single units. Not interchangeable. Available in seven resistance levels.
